“We arrived at the meeting point 45 minutes early as we always do in every tour. The tour operator never showed up. I’ve co tacked the operator multiple times via WhatsApp 15 minutes prior to start of tour until 10 minutes passed the meeting time but no response. I’ve reported to Viator regarding the issue and was sent an email stating that they’re not able to provide a refund. We paid for a service not rendered and also bought our own tickets to get in the zoo.”

“We did not see any whales, which the commentator said was very unusual! We were told we could either re-book or get a refund. When we asked for a refund, we were told there were no refunds! We then received tickets for 2 day “hop on / hop off” ferries which we really couldn’t use! We booked the whale watching/zoo combo deal. The zoo part was great! The boat part of the whale watching was great. Unfortunately, we did not see any whales. What we did not know was that the whale watching was no longer offered after today (November 8). So rebooking was not really an option.”
